Living Heritage News

The Living Heritage is a community magazine which has been in circulation for more than 24 years.

When: Every month

Where: Folding days take place at the Resource Centre, Maroota Public School, 4550 Old Northern Road, Maroota

The Living Heritage Publication is produced monthly by a wonderful group of dedicated volunteers. It distributes community news, information regarding events and items of interest to a large area, including the Hawkesbury and Hills districts. It’s the main local newsletter of the area, and is a great way for new people to the area to meet people. The magazine has a long-standing favourable reputation in the community, feedback from the many residents and businesses is that it adds to their sense of belonging and community involvement.

The monthly magazine is produced by the Eastbend Rural Communications, a local environmental and cultural organisation who meet every month to fold and organise the distribution of the magazine.

Eastbend Rural Communications needs advertisers and volunteers to keep it viable, and they are always looking for new people! For more info, phone Editor Carole Sweeny on 0407 949 899.
